Backed by one of Australia’s most respected and diversified food and agribusiness groups, the business is entering a significant growth phase and looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to help shape its future.

The Role:
This newly created senior leadership position offers the opportunity to truly own and shape the commercial direction of the business. As Commercial Manager, you’ll work closely with supply chain and operations to drive operational excellence, improve profitability, reduce costs, and optimise both domestic and export sales channels.

You will lead a high-performing team across Sales, Brand, and New Product Development (NPD), and report directly to the General Manager. This is more than just a job — it’s a rare opportunity to:

The Person:
We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategic leader with proven experience in commercial or operational leadership roles within food or meat manufacturing. Further experience may include

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to forecast, analyse, and drive profitability
• Expertise in customer management, sales strategy, and commercial negotiations
• A collaborative leadership style and the ability to influence across departments
