Lash Bar Australia is a boutique beauty salon with two thriving locations, offering premium lash and beauty services in a personalised and professional setting. Established in 2012, we specialise in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, waxing, facials, tanning, and cosmetic tattooing. Our team is passionate about beauty, client experience, and results-driven performance. We are continuing to grow and are now looking for 2 confident and capable Salon Managers to lead our Milton team and our Cornubia team.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Salon Manager who is not only a skilled lash and beauty therapist but also a proven team leader. This role combines hands-on beauty therapy with leadership, training, and business growth responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the Director to maintain high service standards, meet and exceed business KPIs, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Performing high-quality treatments, including:

Classic, hybrid & volume lash extensions

Lash lifts and brow lamination

Face & body waxing & tinting

Facials, and spray tanning

Cosmetic tattooing (preferred but not essential)

Managing day-to-day salon operations, including rosters, client scheduling, stock management, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance

Leading and mentoring a small team of therapists to deliver consistently excellent results

Driving individual and team KPIs and ensuring strong rebooking and retail performance

Handling client feedback, queries, and resolution professionally

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development

Assisting with content creation, promotions, and occasional social media presence

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in lash extensions and advanced beauty treatments

Proven management experience, with the ability to lead, inspire and grow a team

Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs, service standards, and team development

Excellent communication, time management, and conflict-resolution skills

Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)

Availability for Saturdays and evenings essential

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for delivering top-tier client experiences

Experience with Timely (or similar salon software) is highly desirable

Must be legally entitled to work in Australia
