We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Retail Store Manger looking to work for a great brand and work across our fast paced Gold Coast stores.
With a base store of Beenleigh this role will require the successful candidate to work across our Gold Coast region from Underwood to Pimpama. You will complete store management reliefs across the region whilst gaining valuable business expertise.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, be passionate about Inventory and Stock management and be looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your retail leadership experience.
You will also be a hands on, people focused, talented retail leader who works alongside with the team and can create and maintain a positive team culture.
We are looking for someone who can develop, engage and inspire a talented team and create an outstanding customer experience offering.
Are you?
A leader with a "hands on" approach to all aspects of your role.
Passionate about retail- with a strong retail store management background. Minimum of 2 years of retail store management experience in a similar fast paced environment is essential
Strong retail inventory management experience, with experience in dealing with automated ordering systems will be highly regarded
A proven ability to personally deliver outstanding customer service, with a passion for people and pets!
Great with people and like to have FUN at work!
Proven ability to lead a team, while keeping the team engaged , happy and focused on achieving results
Great at demonstrating amazing service skills with an outstanding "customer is everything" approach
The ability to drive KPI's
Have strong merchandising and inventory skills
Your primary objective will be:
To work with your team in delivering sales and KPI objectives
To provide an outstanding service offering
Implementing employee rosters and create a dynamic self sufficient team
Control all cost of doing business areas
Mentor and lead a team to customer service excellence

You must be an experienced retail store manager with at least two years' experience in retail management with a true love of animals.
You must be able to work a flexible retail roster either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday and can work a mix of open to close shifts.
