The role
Reporting to the Credit and Collections Manager and working within a high performing team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Management and oversight of designated local and regional and international debtor ledgers
• Proactive ledger management; Contacting customers via phone and email to ensure timely payments
• Managing the dunning process
• Reconciling customer accounts and proactively identifying issues that require escalation
• Working with external collection agencies while managing aged debt
• Providing management with timely reporting on account status, aged debt and collection progress

The candidate
You will have previous experience in a similar Senior Accounts Receivable position and be results driven.

• Strong ability to work with multiple systems and with a high tech IQ
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and business partnering skill set
• AICM membership
