We’re building something big across the Central Coast and looking for a Service Technician who knows their stuff, takes pride in quality work, and wants to join a company that’s serious about growth without the ego or BS.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be out on the road carrying out service, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on everything from split systems and ducted to cassettes, VRFs, and package units. One day you’re keeping a KFC cool, the next you’re sorting a breakdown at a pub or helping a homeowner breathe easy.

This is a role where you’ll get autonomy, variety, and support from a business that backs its techs.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out planned maintenance & reactive service work

Diagnosing faults and repairing a wide range of aircon systems

Servicing KFCs, factories, pubs, accommodation sites & residential homes

Managing your schedule, communicating with clients and team

Keeping things clean, professional, and to standard

Representing Bail Air with pride on every site

A solid tech with commercial & residential experience

Someone who takes ownership – no babysitting needed

✅ You’ll Need:

Full Driver’s Licence

ARCtick Licence

Construction White Card

HVAC service/maintenance experience (minimum 2+ years preferred)

Ability to manage jobs solo and work cleanly & efficiently
