Role requirements:

Deliver exceptional bottle service and personalized experiences to VIP guests

Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with discretion and professionalism

Maintain detailed knowledge of our menu, bottle packages, and nightly promotions

Work closely with hosts, security, and bar staff to ensure seamless service

Uphold the highest standards of appearance and conduct at all times

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, poised, and always guest-focused

Availability on weekends and holidays (late nights required)

Must be 18+ and hold an RSA
