The Role
We're seeking warm, service-focused hospitality professionals to join us as Bistro & Events Attendants at Winnifred’s on Arthur.
In this dual role, you'll be part of our front-of-house team, delivering polished, personal service on the bistro floor while also supporting a range of beautifully curated events. Whether guiding guests through our food and wine offerings or helping deliver seamless private functions, you'll bring charm, care, and professionalism to every moment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic and experienced front-of-house professional with the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in customer-facing retail or hospitality, ideally in a wine-focused environment.
A strong interest in champagne, wine and premium food & beverage experiences.
Committed to delivering thoughtful and exceptional service.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Warm, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Collaborative spirit and team-first mindset.
Available to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
Certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Safety Card, and First Aid Certification (desirable).
