Excellent salary on offer(up to $95,000 package including Super)

The Role

As an Estates Litigation/Commercial Litigation Paralegal, you will support Partners and Solicitors in the Litigation Team. Duties include:

• drafting correspondence and documents,
• dealing with client enquiries, diary management,
• preparation of Briefs to Counsel, attending Court to instruct Counsel,
• Booking appointments, disclosures, witnessing documents,
• filing and servicing court documents, arranging appointments with specialists, expert and general administrative support.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Litigation Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm

Well established law firm based at Coolangatta. 65 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $85,000 + super). Excellent training and career development.
