Or you will be an experienced Plaintiff Legal Assistant looking to take the next step in your career and transition into a Paralegal position.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working on files relating to Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Medical Negligence claims. There will be no room for boredom. And if there is an area you haven't worked in, don't worry, you will be trained!

You will be working with Industry Leaders and Experts in their field who will prove to be exceptional mentors.

You will have the autonomy to run your own files, with supervision and guidance there if you need or want it.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients, barristers, experts, third party solicitors and government agencies, you will draft legal documents, correspondence and court documents, prepare briefs, organise medical appointments, conferences and mediations, prepare statements, be responsible for file, diary and email management.

Your team members, including Partners, lawyers and other paralegals are super friendly, cohesive, collaborative, warm, engaging and a delight to work with.

YOU will be valued and appreciated as the importance of your role and what you can bring to the role is highly regarded. YOU will love being a part of this well organised and smooth running team.
