I’m working exclusively with one of the most exciting Microsoft Partners in the AI and business applications space right now. They’re lean, commercially sharp, and getting serious traction in the market.

They don’t do fluff. What they do is solve real business problems with AI-powered solutions, Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics, and ERP/CRM implementations - and they need a fearless BDM to drive it.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help lead the go-to-market push on AI, automation, and emerging tech solutions, backed by strong presales and technical support.

  • You’ll own your patch with zero micromanagement – just trust and high standards

  • If you’re hitting numbers, you’ll have the chance to build a unit under you – think SDR + Sales Support

What they’re looking for:

  • A hunter – plain and simple. You need to open doors, run meetings, and close
  • Someone who’s sold SaaS, CRM/ERP, Microsoft stack, or AI-powered tools
  • Resilient, consultative, and proactive – someone who owns their number
  • Strong communication, great follow-up, and good CRM habits
  • A real interest in emerging tech and business problem-solving

Structure & Earning Potential:

  • Base: $100K–$120K + Super
  • Comms: Paid post-gate (structure provided), with real OTE of $200K–$300K+
  • Hours: 8:30am–5pm standard, but flexible when you're delivering
  • Hybrid: 3 months in-office onboarding, then flexible – this is a meetings-first role

Extras: Ad hoc bonuses, vendor events, training, and potential to lead in future
