This CBD practice is led by 4 highly regarded directors. The directors are supported by a loyal team of 30 staff on shore and they also have a team of 10+ offshore doing data entry. With 30 years of experience the directors have built an exceptional client list that would be the envy of any 2nd tier firm. They service SME’s and some very large privately held companies across a variety of industries including property development, medical, construction and childcare. Due to two recent promotions the firm is looking for a supervisor client manager level candidate.

THE ROLE

The partners are looking for a Business Services Supervisor to support their team in the following ways:

· Providing compliance and advisory services to a portfolio of clients

· Producing returns, financial statements and monthly management reports

· Be 2IC on $100 million, 25 + entity client

· Providing support to develop capability among team members, including delegating and reviewing the work of staff on and offshore

YOU

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

· A strong background within Australian public practice firms

· Completed CA / CPA qualifications

· Ability to work on large complex clients

· Ability to liaise with remote staff and manage their workflow

· Capacity to create and foster strong relationships with clients
