The Opportunity
Whether you’re early in your career or bringing across skills from another industry (e.g. admin, real estate, banking, customer service, or financial services), this is a chance to build something meaningful.
As a Credit Associate, you’ll support brokers across the full loan life cycle – from collecting documents and liaising with clients, to progressing deals through to settlement. You'll learn the ropes of mortgage broking and gain exposure to a wide variety of deal types.
We’re open to training the right person with the right mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support brokers with preparing and lodging loan applications
Liaise with lenders, clients, solicitors, and third parties to keep deals on track
Collect documents, follow up clients, and manage communication touchpoints
Track application progress and provide status updates
Help with compliance checks, inbox management, and day-to-day team admin
Option to attend client meetings and build your experience in lending
We’re Looking For:
Someone with strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
Ideally experience in professional services, finance, real estate, or admin – but not essential
Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable learning new systems (we use MyCRM and Hubspot)
Motivated to grow, take initiative, and contribute to a high-performing team
Open to recent grads, career changers, or experienced processors
