Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
• Ongoing client liaison and relationship management via phone and video
• Supervision and mentoring of junior accountants
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in client outcomes and internal processes
• Collaborating with both remote and Canberra-based team members to deliver high-quality service

About You:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CA/CPA qualified or currently studying
• 3+ years of experience in public practice
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Australian working rights and experience with Australian tax legislation
