We have an opening for a full-time experienced Paralegal or Law Clerk in our busy Tewantin office. Your duties will include:
Opening and assisting with files predominantly in the area of Wills/Estates Administration;
Digital dictation typing;
Preparing documents and correspondence;
Preparing tax invoices;
File administration including copying, scanning, filing and archiving; and
General office administrative and reception duties as required.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Paralegal or Law Clerk role (experience in the areas of Wills and Estates will be highly regarded);
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills;
Experience using LEAP legal software advantageous but not essential;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Exceptional organisational and time management skills; and
A positive attitude and attention to detail.
