What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in lending and a drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes. To hit the ground running, you’ll need:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Mortgage Broker or Home Lending Banker role

Strong understanding of residential lending products, structures, and policies

Proven ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A client-first mindset with a focus on tailored solutions and long-term relationships

Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously, but also values collaboration and being part of a down-to-earth, supportive team.
