Resourcing Specialist – Oxley | Brisbane

This role focuses on supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for our valued clients, ensuring the smooth and safe delivery of tailored staffing solutions across a range of industries. You'll act as the vital link between candidates and clients, helping to identify talent, manage compliance, and promote a strong culture of safety and service excellence.

About the role:

As a Resourcing Specialist joining our vibrant and professional Oxley team, your key responsibilities will include:

Sourcing, screening and interviewing suitable candidates

Conducting and recording reference checks

Writing and managing job advertisements across multiple platforms

Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls

Providing excellent customer service to our candidates and clients

Effective database management

Data entry and compliance via Microsoft and internal systems

Promoting a positive safety culture across the business both on site and in the office

What are we looking for?

Strong attention to detail

Confident and friendly phone manner not afraid to pick up the phone.

Positive attitude and proactive outlook on tasks

Enjoys working in a team but also can work autonomously and manage an individual workload

Previous experience with Microsoft Office & basic computer skills

Outstanding communication both written and verbal
