The Role
In this role, you'll oversee a high-performing team and play a key part in delivering complex advisory projects.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of analysts and consultants
• Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Advising on valuations, due diligence, IPOs, M&A, and financial modelling
• Preparing independent reports and purchase price allocations
• Supporting capital raising and private equity engagements

About You

• CA/CPA with between 4-6 years' experience in a professional services environment, with at least 3 years in corporate advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, due diligence, accounting standards, and regulatory changes.
• Advanced research capabilities using platforms like Capital IQ, IBISWorld, and SAI Global.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
