Are you an experience distribution worker seeking your next big opportunity in a leadership role? We are seeking a natural leader for our Warehouse Supervisor position at our Edinburgh North Branch.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for controlling the daily depot functions of the company. It is both a leadership role – responsible for teams in our warehouse, as well as a hands-on role so the suitable candidate must be prepared for performing physical labour tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all goods in the warehouse are correctly managed
Ensuring all allocated activities are correctly executed
Loading/unloading containers for local, interstate projects and storage
Coordinating Drivers/Removalists for required projects and tasks
Receipting and dispatching stock based on product matrices and delivery schedules
Equipment management
Providing daily activity and productivity reports to management
Ensuring accurate stock controls
Ensuring a safe workplace
Safe forklift operation
The successful applicant will have:
Previous office relocation and removals experience desired although not necessary
Ability to lead and motivate teams
Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised
Attention to detail
An ability to think laterally and problem solve logistical conflicts
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Intermediate computer skills
A bright disposition with a “can do” attitude
Exceptional time management skills
Drivers Licence essential
Forklift licence essential
Experience in conventional and reach forklifts
