We are currently looking for an warehouse worker with a hard-working and enthusiastic attitude to join the team at our main branch in West Croydon.

The successful candidates primarily will be working in our machining area where use of basic equipment such as a saw will be required. On-site training for this is provided.

The successful candidate role will also include, but is not limited to, picking/packing timber orders, loading, and unloading trucks, scheduling deliveries, stock ordering and general assistance in ensuring a smooth day to day operation.

You MUST be enthusiastic, have a can-do personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced hands-on workplace. Manual handling is involved.

Requirements to be successful for the role

1. Prior experience with machining timber using hand tools and saws are not required, but will be highly regarded

2. Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy

3. Physically fit

4. Willing to work hard with excellent time management skill

5. Maintaining a clean & safe work environment

6. Picking orders accurately

7. Ability to follow procedures

8. Ability to multi-task eg; pick orders, receiving stock, replenishing stock

9. Forklift license preferred, but not essential

10. Work close with other departments particular our sales team to meet customer deadlines

Prior leadership and timber experience is an advantage but not a necessity.
