We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our team. You have an eye for detail and a good understanding of dispatching and receiving of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming stock.
• Liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service
• Organizing and maintaining inventory in the store and warehouse.
• Ensuring the timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management.
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Supporting the sales team with stock inquiries.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a similar storeperson/warehouse role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Current license.
• Physical fitness to handle manual lifting and movement of stock, including heavy fridges, washing machines & furniture.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
