What you will be doing

• Leading the team of Supervisors and Estimators overseeing all site based operations
• Ensure quality assurance, timeliness, profitability and safety
• Manage and monitor KPIs
• Liaise with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction

About you

• Proven experience leading a team in the insurance building industry
• Great understanding of NCC Guidelines and all relevant building standards
• Ability to handle multiple projects and experience working with clients, building consultants and trades
• Trade background, preferably carpentry
