We’re currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters for a full-time permanent role based in Kewdale. This role offers a mix of consistent workshop work and occasional site visits, supporting hydraulic equipment used across the mining and construction sectors.

The position involves specialised work on hydraulic attachments and systems, with opportunities to further develop your skills in diagnostics, rebuilds, and commissioning.

• Approx. $130K - $140K + super (inclusive of penalties, overtime, and site uplifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair hydraulic attachments
• Strip-downs, mechanical rebuilds, and refurbishments
• Bench testing and hydraulic commissioning
• General workshop duties and equipment operation
• Occasional site work to assist with commissioning and support
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or similar mechanical/hydraulic experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mechanical or hydraulic servicing
• Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
• Forklift Licence
• Able to pass a drug & alcohol screen and pre-employment medical
• No restrictions on accessing WA mine sites
• Dogging, Rigging, EWP, Gantry Crane (desirable)
• Confined Space and Working at Heights (desirable)
