Allied Recruitment is currently seeking qualified Mechanical Fitters for several roles across Perth. These positions are with highly respected companies in the mining, manufacturing, and maintenance sectors, offering a mix of workshop-based and field service work.

🔧 Available Roles

Kenwick – Mechanical Fitter
Casual role with full-time hours + genuine view to permanent
Join a workshop-based team working on vibratory screens, crushers, and other industrial equipment.

Key duties:

Mechanical maintenance and inspections

Fault finding and breakdown support

Safe operation within workshop environments

Details:

Pay Rate: $55/hr flat

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am–2:30pm + some weekend work

Requirements: WA Recognised Trade Certificate, Dogging Licence

Maddington – Senior Service Technician
Full-time role | Metro-based with occasional travel to the South West
Work with a company specialising in heavy-duty compressed air systems, supporting a variety of industrial clients.

Key duties:

Service and maintain compressed air equipment

Field diagnostics and repair

Customer support and documentation

Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–3:30pm + regular overtime

Requirements: WA Trade Certificate, Valid Driver’s Licence

Benefits:

Pay Rate: $40 – $50/hr (depending on experience)

Laundered uniforms

Full penalty rates

Kewdale – Hydraulic Fitter
Full-time role | Split between workshop & site-based servicing
Work on a range of hydraulic attachments for various civil and industrial clients.

Key duties:

Repair and maintain hydraulic equipment

Attend client sites for scheduled maintenance

Assist with diagnostics, part replacements, and general servicing

Details:

Hours: 10-hour days, starting from 5am or 6am

Requirements: WA Trade Certificate, Hydraulic experience, Driver’s Licence

Benefits:

Full time pay rate of $48/hr plus penalties

Penalty rates

Site allowance + bonuses

What We’re Looking For

WA-recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Certificate

Valid Driver’s Licence

Proven experience in mechanical servicing or maintenance

Reliable, safety-conscious and team-oriented

Willing to travel or work on-site (as required)

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen
