Reset Wellness offers clients a transformative and serene wellness experience. We create a peaceful sanctuary centered around relaxation and rejuvenation. Our new Double Bay studio is expanding its team and seeking casual part-time, and full-time staff to help provide and support a team with a range of premium beauty and wellness treatments.

Key responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers on arrival, during and after wellness services provided

Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards

Assist massage therapists in hygiene practices

Assist customers within services

Become educated on services provided and develop recommendations for customers to best suit their needs

Liaise with local businesses to strengthen our customer base

Operational support such as answering phones, emails, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Basic computer skills

Experience in customer service

Positive and welcoming attitude

Flexibility in working schedule

Eagerness to learn about wellness treatments and services

Driven to provide a clean and welcoming space for all customers

Ability to work in a team environment and independently as needed

Friendly, professional, and client-focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
