About the Role

As Accounts Payable & Payroll Officer, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll, managing supplier invoices and payments, and supporting the Finance Manager with a range of financial and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Processing of the weekly payroll for approximately 90 staff (Mondays)

Entering supplier invoices

Weekly electronic transfer of payments to suppliers

Monthly reconciliation of Supplier Statements and company credit cards

Petty cash reimbursement

HR assistance such as updating and maintaining employee records (electronic and manual), issuing of employment paperwork and uniform dispensary and returns.

**Remuneration commensurate with qualifications, skills and experience.

You’ll Need

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Extremely organised and be able to manage conflicting priorities

Computer literate with high volume data entry skills

High degree of attention to detail

A sound working knowledge of Excel would be considered favourable.

Experience in QuickBooks & Tanda an advantage.
