Chase Café is a open 6 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and occasional private functions. We're known for our high-quality seasonal menus, attention to detail, and premium café experience. We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef who thrives in a busy kitchen environment. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to menu development in collaboration with the owner.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and lunch service

· Manage kitchen operations, stock control, and ordering

· Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations

· Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

· Assist in planning seasonal menus and private function offerings

Requirements

· A minimum of 3 years full-time experience as a qualified Chef (essential)

· Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

· Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

· Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
