The Opportunity

You’ll be making outbound calls to targeted businesses to introduce our clients and book introductory meetings. No hard selling, no high-pressure tactics. Just clear, confident conversations that open doors.

You’ll work across multiple clients and campaigns, so the role stays interesting, and you’ll always know the ‘why’ behind what you’re doing.

We’ll Provide:

Paid training and team support to get you confident

Clear call guides and campaign briefs

Start on $40 an hour rates with opportunity for performance bonuses

You’ll Bring:

A clear phone manner and natural confidence

Motivation to learn and take ownership

Ability to manage your own time

ABN and a home setup (laptop, headset, strong internet)

Previous sales and outbound calling experience is an advantage, but if you’ve got drive and the right attitude, we’ve got the rest covered.
