We are currently constructing a large-scale, ongoing commercial factory estate and are seeking a capable and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our team and take control of procurement, budgeting, and contract management.The Role:

As Contracts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of the project from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisor to ensure smooth delivery by coordinating subcontractor procurement, maintaining cost control, and administering contracts with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, issue, and manage subcontractor and supplier packages

Run tender processes and evaluate trade quotes

Negotiate contract terms and scope inclusions/exclusions

Administer progress claims, variations, extensions of time, and RFI tracking

Maintain up-to-date cost tracking and project budget forecasting

Manage insurances, compliance documents, and contract records

Support the Project Manager with reporting and scheduling updates

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Coordinator in commercial construction

Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and construction contract administration

Ability to manage multiple packages concurrently

Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
