Contracts Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contracts and contract documentation.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Support the project manager in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry. (Tier 1 an advantage)

Minimum 2 years experience as a CA.

Strong understanding of construction contracts and contract law.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.

Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or a related field.
