Looking for your next big project? A well-established Tier 2 national construction company on the Gold Coast is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team. With commercial new builds valued over $100M, this is a great opportunity to step into a senior role and work on high-profile projects in a company known for its people-first culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead all aspects of contracts admin on large-scale commercial projects
• Negotiate and manage contracts, variations, and claims
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with construction contracts and legislation
• Maintain accurate records and support smooth project delivery
• Mentor and support junior CA staff

What You’ll Need:

• Senior Contracts Admin experience in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS forms), regulations, and project delivery
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in software such as Cheops, Payapps, Hammertech, etc.
• Based on the Gold Coast (or willing to relocate)
