Our client, a small self-funded not for profit Trust, created to provide housing for veterans and their families is seeking to employ a Trust Manager.

The Trust provides its residents with high standards of affordable, long-term accommodation. The housing portfolio includes 75 properties at 7 locations across Australia, with aspirations to increase accommodation offerings through head leasing arrangements.

The Trust Manager will have an Accounting qualification and relevant professional experience and expertise in:

Developing financial accounting reports, including balance sheet management and financial analysis

Analysing, researching, investigating and interpreting information from a range of sources to solve problems

Effective written and oral communication to a high standard suitable for release to Ministerial Offices

Reviewing and updating plans and instructions that underpin a quality management system

Microsoft Office suite applications

working proactively, under remote supervision, with an ability to supervise a member of staff

Using well developed interpersonal and soft skills to manage complex needs of stakeholders, vendors and clients on behalf of the Trust

This role is paying $133,000.00 + Super + NFP Salary Packaging. This is a hybrid role, with the office being located in Laverton.
