As our People and Culture Manager, you will be instrumental in:

Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our patient-first philosophy

Recruiting and retaining top-tier talent across clinical and administrative teams

Fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Leading employee engagement, training, and development initiatives

Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and HR best practices
