About the role

Lexus of Rockhampton are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team in newly developed, state of the art dealership. As the face of our Service business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, working directly with management on various projects and managing the full lifecycle of vehicle repairs and maintenance. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and managing the customer experience from start to finish

Preparing detailed repair estimates and communicating these effectively to customers

Coordinating the workflow of the service department to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs

Liaising with technicians and parts personnel to ensure the availability of necessary components

Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records of all service activities

Contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes and procedures

Working directly with management and sales on various projects and strategies

Involvement in exclusive event offerings for our customers

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers

Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving customer satisfaction

Strong organisational and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities

Proficiency in using automotive software and systems to manage repair and maintenance activities

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the department
