Service Advisor – SunCity Motorcycles Townsville

Join the team at SunCity Motorcycles Townsville as a Service Advisor, working with a dynamic range of premium brands including Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Yamaha motorcycles and side-by-sides, Seadoo jet skis, and Can-Am side-by-side vehicles.

This customer-facing role is essential to ensuring a seamless service experience. You’ll be the key link between our customers and our skilled technicians—communicating enquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally to support the delivery of high-quality workmanship.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating with manufacturers to ensure effective service solutions, including the management of factory warranty claims.

Liaising with insurance providers regarding repairs and claims for customer vehicles.

Utilizing computer systems for booking, tracking, and managing service operations.

Providing exceptional customer service, combining technical insight with strong interpersonal skills.
