As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead EmployeeConnect’s digital growth agenda turning attention into action, interest into intent, and intent into conversion. You’ll design and execute full-funnel strategies that blend insight with imagination, structure with storytelling, and brand with behaviour.

At the core of this role is narrative thinking. You’ll shape how we communicate our value to the market, creating emotionally engaging content that builds trust, drives clarity, and supports every step of the customer lifecycle , from first impression to long-term advocacy.

You’ll be expected to bring your own toolkit, whatever stack, system or workflow helps you analyse, create, iterate, and optimise. You’ll dig deep into the performance data, spot drop-offs before they hurt, and identify opportunities to do more with less friction.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution: Architect and execute omnichannel acquisition strategies. SEO, SEM, paid social, influencer, content marketing, affiliate, AI-assisted lead gen.

AI-Enabled Content Creation: Collaborate with AI tools and creative software to generate scalable, on-brand visual and written content. Think human–AI co-authorship.

Lifecycle & Funnel Optimisation: Map, measure, and optimise every step of the customer journey. Turn data into insight, and insight into growth.

Conversion Rate Experiments: Run A/B and multivariate tests across channels and segments. Scale what works. Kill what doesn’t.

Marketing Intelligence: Own reporting dashboards. Integrate with RevOps and SalesOps teams. Align marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across product, CS, sales and design to make sure messaging, value propositions, and demand signals are aligned and continuously iterated.

Skills and experience

3+ years of relevant work experience in a dynamic digital team

SaaS growth/ HR tech experience will be a bonus

You're a gun when it comes to metrics, tools, wordpress, & managing multiple campaigns and budgets across digital and other mediums

Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and advocacy

Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.

An understanding of how to work with strong brands and demonstrate respect for brand tone and consistency

A track record of managing successful web and interactive projects

Ability to juggle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, complementing your 'hands-on' approach, creative flair, and ability to influence and engage stakeholders
