Brighta, a strategic B2B marketing agency, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role with one of our dynamic clients based in Gisborne, Victoria. With multiple brands under their umbrella and an ambitious marketing agenda, this client is actively executing a comprehensive marketing roadmap and they need someone onsite to keep it all moving.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, role based in Gisborne. With multiple entities and a fast-moving internal team, this client is serious about growth and keen to deliver high-impact campaigns. Your role is to ensure marketing efforts are well-coordinated, content is delivered on time, and Brighta’s creative work hits the mark.

You’ll manage campaign timelines, liaise between client stakeholders and agency creatives, extract content ideas, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards. If you’re a natural coordinator who enjoys variety, relationship building, and seeing campaigns through from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Brighta onsite, building relationships and aligning internal stakeholders with marketing plans
• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, from brief to delivery
• Manage campaign schedules, approvals, and content workflows via ClickUp
• Extract content ideas from client teams and brief in to Brighta’s creatives
• Support monthly reporting and performance reviews with clear insights and recommendations
• Ensure all work meets Brighta’s quality standards and reflects the client’s brand
• Spot opportunities to improve, optimise or expand marketing output

Your ability to build trust, speak their language, and act as the key link between internal teams and Brighta’s agency specialists will be essential to success.

You’re an organised and proactive marketer who thrives on coordinating projects, managing details, and turning ideas into action. With strong communication skills and a practical mindset, you’re confident leading meetings, securing approvals, and presenting results, all while keeping multiple moving parts on track.

You understand how to align stakeholders, bring structure to creative processes, and adapt quickly when plans evolve. Whether it’s content planning, campaign execution, or stakeholder engagement, you take ownership of outcomes and deliver with confidence.

Essential Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination or project management role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of content marketing, digital channels, and campaign planning
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
• Able to work onsite in Gisborne, Victoria
• Experience with briefing creatives, coordinating timelines, and reporting on outcomes
• Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-focused
