About the Role

We’re seeking both motivated Fencing Labourers and experienced Fence Installers to join our crew. You'll work on a variety of fencing projects across residential and commercial sites, including Colorbond, aluminium slatting, timber, and mesh fencing.

We’re looking for:

Labourers - with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a goal to grow into an installer role.

Installers - who are confident working independently, high attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist or lead the installation of Colorbond, aluminium slatting, timber, and mesh fencing.

Read and follow site plans and measure materials to size.

Dig and prepare holes for fence posts and set foundations.

Cut, assemble, and install fence panels and gates.

Maintain site cleanliness and assist in site preparation and clean-up.

Liaise with clients, project managers, and suppliers where required.

Ensure all work is done safely and to a high-quality standard.

What We’re Looking For

For Labourers:

Some experience in construction or outdoor labouring (fencing a bonus).

Physically fit, hands-on, and keen to learn a trade.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

For Installers:

Proven experience in fence installation across multiple materials.

Able to work both independently and within a small team.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and client-facing ability.

Current driver’s licence and own transport.
