Role Overview:

The Architectural Specification Sales Manager will be the cornerstone of our specification and sales strategy, working closely with architects, builders, developers, certifiers, and end users. Your mission will be to specify our advanced decorative products in high-profile projects, ensuring our solutions are the top choice in the industry. You will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to cultivate strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive specification and sales strategy tailored to the high-end architectural market.

Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, developers, certifiers, and end users.

Provide expert guidance on the specification and application of our decorative products, addressing technical queries and ensuring seamless integration into projects.

Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets, leveraging your understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Conduct compelling product presentations and training sessions, showcasing the technical and aesthetic benefits of our solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the high-end construction sector.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field beneficial.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specification sales within the architectural or construction industry, preferably with high-end decorative products.

Strong technical knowledge of architectural products and construction processes.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing strategic sales plans.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel across Australia as required.

Valid driver’s license.
