A great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for a 12 month contract role, with the possibility of extension. The role is covering one of the long term employees going on maternity leave so the portfolio will be left in pristine condition!

Based in the Southeast, this role will oversee a commercial portfolio of between 120-150 tenancies (depending 4 or 5 days work) consisting of mainly retail, office and industrial dwellings. This can be a full-time or part-time role depending on the successful candidates personal circumstances and experience.

A carpark on site will be provided at all times and a very generous base salary is on offer. Proficiency in using Cirrus8 will be very highly looked upon. A day from home will be considered after probation, possibly sooner.

The office provides a great, professional, friendly and flexible environment and this is a Monday to Friday role only.

A thorough handover and training will be provided to the successful candidate who should transition and settle in very quickly with minimal issues.
