Commercial Property Lawyer | 2 + Years PAE | Brisbane CBD

A well-established mid-tier national law firm, renowned for providing comprehensive legal services, is seeking a Property & Commercial Lawyer to join their expanding Property Team in their stunning Brisbane CBD offices.

The firm has built a strong presence in the Australian legal market through organic growth driven by the excellence of its services. This is a unique opportunity to work with an exceptional team that offers genuine career growth and progression. Billables are manageable, as the firm has ample amount of work coming in. You are not expected to bring in new business - they simply want you to perform well and be supported.

The role will see you:

Managing a varied caseload of matters including but not limited to:

Detailed management documentation including management statements, caretaker agreements, building management and letting agreements, development contracts and covenants

Property and strata title advice

Development of stratum schemes including multi-level management

Company title advice, drafting of company constitutions and conversion of company title to strata title

Conveyancing and strata plans of subdivision (including redevelopment and sale of common property)

Leases and licenses

Sale of business agreements and general property or commercial contract/agreement drafting

About you:

Strong Commercial & Property experience (2+ Years PAE).

Experience managing and running matters autonomously.

Advanced client commerciality and high-level communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
