To be successful you must have the following:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman on subdivision projects.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a focus on mentoring and team development.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with excellent task prioritisation and deadline management skills.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Current driver’s licence (with relevant tickets/licences highly regarded)
