Known for exceptional service and attention to detail, they are seeking a Flooring Consultant to join their team - this opportunity arises due to a long-term team member's retirement.

About the Role

This is a client-facing position requiring an experienced, motivated and results-driven professional with a background in flooring sales, fit-outs, or retail flooring. The role encompasses the full sales process-from initial consultation and onsite measurements to quotations, sales, and coordination with installers. You will be a trusted advisor offering tailored flooring solutions to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the Fyshwick showroom
• Conduct onsite flooring measurements and assessments
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes
• Manage sales from enquiry through to installation
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth job delivery
• Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in flooring is essential
• Demonstrated experience in measuring and quoting for product fit outs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Professional presentation and personable manner
• Full Australian working rights
