The Company:

With a footmark in the industry of over two decades, they are now looking to attract experienced Project Managers for their sites both North and South of the River.

The Role:
As the company aims to implement structure given their growth in the industry, they are now searching for 2 experienced Project Managers, one on sites South of the River, the other for sites North of the River. This role would see you lead multiple projects, ensuring site performance is being met through the management of site operations, commercials and engineering.

• Oversee site safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, promptly escalating any concerns to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Facilitate communication with clients and relevant authorities, drive subcontractor performance through regular program reviews, and ensure alignment of scopes for efficient project execution.
• Monitor progress and financial exposure through detailed reporting and forecasting, supporting project delivery reviews and internal handovers to maintain clarity and accountability.
• Supervise daily activities across multiple simultaneous projects, managing onsite teams and subcontractors to deliver work on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual commitments.

About You:

• At least 5 years experience in a similar role within Civil Construction Industry.
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain rapport with site crew and various stakeholders.
• A commitment to HSEQ practices on site, and ensuring safety standards are met.
• Understanding of Drainage, Detailed Earthworks, Utilities, Communication Services, Kerbing and Roads.
• Motivated to lead, mentor and foster a positive working and site environment.

• $170,000 - $200,000 + Superannuation + Vehicle (Depending on Experience)
