This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $72 million high-end apartment development projects located in the Inner Wollongong Area.

• Head Contractor Long term pipeline of projects
• Location: Perth, WA
• Salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 + Super negotiable dependent of experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
In this role you’ll be leading the site operations and working directly with the Project Manager. Project is $72 million high-end apartment development project. You will be managing and delivering the construction program, driving site standards of staff and subcontractors, encouraging a collaborative team environment leading to successful delivery of timelines & budgets.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project above $40 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders.
