Position summary
We’re looking for an experienced Dispatcher who combines excellent attention to detail with a can-do attitude. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the end-to-end dispatch process—ensuring orders are picked, packed and sent on time.

What You’ll Do

Pick, pack and dispatch orders with precision

Receive incoming goods and verify them against consignment records

Book freight transport for on-time deliveries

Assist with stock control and regular stocktakes

Build shipping crates and pallets using drills and other electrical tools

Package signage products for installation teams

Maintain accurate records of stock usage and reporting

Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safety-compliant

Tackle ad-hoc tasks that keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

Previous dispatch/warehouse experience (signage or manufacturing a plus)

Valid forklift licence and car licence—essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure

Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems

Excellent telephone manners and customer-focused communication

Positive, can-do attitude and reliability

Ability to multitask, report accurately, and collaborate effectively

Hours: 6am starts - Standard day shifts—immediate start
