A fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's largest window furnishings manufacturers, based in Bayswater. We have approximately 130 staff and offer long term job stability.

We are looking for dispatch team members in our day shift (7:30pm-3:36pm). We would like someone who is reliable and looking to secure long-term, full-time work.

A successful applicant will:

Have a great attitude and hard work ethic

Be willing to learn new skills

Be physically fit and able to lift, push and pull at least 20 kilograms

Be able to work in a fast paced team environment

Have a high level of attention to detail

Be able to follow direction

Have good manual handling skills

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Assembling and packing boxes with custom on-site manufactured product

Loading boxes and stillages onto trucks

Invoicing and some administrative duties

Keeping the work area clean

Training will be provided on the job. You will be provided with ongoing training and support to ensure you have the skills to complete your work.

Requirements for the role:

Must be fluent in spoken and written English with good numeracy

Great attitude and hard work ethic

Physical ability to pack, move and lift boxes

Team player

Strong communication and coordination skills with supervisor and other staff

Can work safely around machinery
