The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, driven and self-motivated human with a passion for Service Beyond Expectations, who embodies our values, to join our diverse and energetic team.
With our business growing rapidly, we are looking for someone who will quickly fit into our team and isn't afraid to jump in, hit the ground running, and feel comfortable working with multiple systems on a daily basis. Obviously, we are passionate about Motocross, and would love it if you are also; however if this isn't you, don't worry we will train you in everything you need to know!
We are open to a remote role for the right candidate. To be considered for a remote position, experience with Salesforce Service Cloud CRM is highly advantageous.
You’ll be:
Independently handling customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
Pro-actively learning with both procedures and product knowledge
Ensuring order accuracy is maintained and completed for customer orders, returns, refunds and shipping
Managing information and maintaining accurate records of all sales, including cash payments, and sales across multiple platforms, inventory, orders, and ensuring accurate information for ranges is available for customers and team members
Maintaining and improving customer retention.
Actively upselling and promoting our Inhouse brands with customers where possible.
Grammatically proficient with the ability to learn and adapt to our style and language, not relying on Chat GPT
Able to work flexible days, including weekends and holidays
Essential skills you’ll need:
Experience in customer service
Possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow from feedback
Proactive and shows Initiative consistently
Excellent follow-up and documentation skills
Ability to effectively work within a team environment and communicate with the team to contribute to the successful operation of the business
Sound computer skills including proficiency in using Microsoft word, excel and outlook (CRM experience preferred)
Works well under pressure and on time tasks
Finds satisfaction in meeting KPI's and achieving results
Hours: Casual (rotating roster, including weekends) - however potential view to permanent for the right human!
Award rate: We pay award rates under the General Retail Industry Award, with the opportunity to earn higher rates for specialist/leadership responsibilities.
