About the Opportunity

We’re Cammareri Landscapes – a fast-growing, design-driven landscape company known for crafting premium outdoor spaces that combine wellness, luxury and innovation.

We’re now looking for a creative, switched-on Landscape Designer to join our small but high-performing team. This is a newly created role, which means you'll have space to make it your own – and contribute meaningfully to the design direction of our company.

You’ll work directly with the Director to bring ambitious outdoor spaces to life – from $150K+ residential projects to complete pool packages.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the end-to-end design process: client briefs, concept development, 3D renders, construction documentation

Bring flair and innovation to designs that feel bold, timeless, and wellness-oriented

Liaise with clients and collaborate with the Director to refine project vision

Use Vectorworks (or similar CAD tools) to deliver accurate and detailed documentation

Manage your own workflow and contribute to efficient project delivery

We’re Looking For

1–4 years' experience as a Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect in Australia

Strong residential design portfolio (pool surrounds, outdoor living, or wellness spaces a bonus)

Confident user of Vectorworks (or similar CAD systems)

A creative thinker who can turn briefs into exceptional, cutting-edge designs

Solid understanding of construction principles and documentation

A proactive, self-managing attitude – you get things done without being micromanaged

High attention to detail, good under pressure, and a great communicator
