We’re currently recruiting a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join a well-established not-for-profit aged care provider at their 100+ bed Residential Aged Care Home close to St Marys.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a fully compliant, high-performing home with a strong structure and excellent support from the regional team.

• An experienced Residential Aged Care RN with Care Manager experience
