Our client is a professional Luxury Residential and Commercial construction company based on the North side of the Harbour. They build and renovate high-end projects mainly around the Eastern suburbs, valued up to $10M.

Job description
Due to their continued growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a switched on Contract Administrator to join this already successful team. You will gain exposure to Contract Administration as well as full training to become a Project Manager down the track. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Progress Claims, Scope of works and Variations
• Procurement of trades and materials
• Preparation of Tender documents
• Overall document control for assigned projects
• Working closely with Foremen to ensure efficiency of projects

Your Profile
To be successful you will need to have completed a minimum Cert 4 or above in either Building and Construction or preferably have a Construction Management degree equivalent. You will also have at least 4 - 6 years experience as a Contract Administrator either in the Luxury Residential or Commercial sectors. Your outstanding communication and ambition to grow into a Project Manager will set you apart.
